If you make a booking arrangement with Fair wind Ltd. Through the website www.croatia-charter.hr the quality of your holidays and your payments are fully protected.

LIABILITY INSURANCE POLICY – covers the damage caused to a passenger by non-performance or undue performance of obligations pertaining to package tours by Fair Wind Ltd.

INSOLVENCY INSURANCE  – if due to the bankruptcy or insolvency of the Fair Wind Ltd. the booked and paid sailing tour fails to be rendered the Insurance will compensate to the passenger the price of the booked  tour.

All our boats, crew and passengers are fully insured in accordance with the requirements of the law of Republic of Croatia regulating this area. All the policies can be e-mailed on request.
