I’m Ivana Kovačić, the founder and booking manager of Fair Wind, and I’m thrilled to share our story with you.
My journey into the world of yacht charter started unexpectedly in 2004 when my father introduced me to sailing by purchasing a sailboat. However, little did I know that this introduction would spark a lifelong love affair with the open sea.
Fast forward to 2014 when my husband Paško and I founded Fair Wind with a small fleet of own boats. Since then, we’ve been dedicated to delivering exceptional sailing holidays in Croatia.

However, the popularity of our charter services brought about a delightful challenge—meeting the high demand. Many travellers sought our expertise, but our limited fleet sometimes couldn’t accommodate everyone due to availability or specific boat requirements. That’s when the idea of Croatia Charter was born.
Croatia Charter serves as an extension of Fair Wind, but it is not just another charter agency. It’s an extension of my passion for sailing and dedication to ensuring that every client experiences the magic of the Adriatic Sea.
