OBAVIJEST O NAČINU PODNOŠENJA PISANOG PRIGOVORA POTROŠAČA

Sukladno čl.6, točka 3. Zakona o pružanju usluga u turizmu (NN 130/17) omogućuje se korisniku turističkih usluga podnošenje pisanog prigovora putem pošte na adresu sjedišta Luke Botića 9, 21210 Solin ili putem elektronske pošte na booking@croatia-charter.hr . 

Odgovor na Vaš prigovor dati ćemo u pisanom obliku najkasnije 15 dana od dana primitka Vašeg prigovora. Molimo Vas da u Vašem prigovoru obavezno navedete Vaše ime i prezime te adresu ili e-mail za dostavu odgovora.

NOTICE ON FILING WRITTEN CONSUMER COMPLAINTS

In accordance with Article 6 paragraph 3 of the Act on the Provision of Tourism Services (NN 130/17) we would like to inform our customers that a complaint on the quality of our services may be submitted in writing to the company's posal address: Luke Botića 9, 21210  or by e-mail at: booking@croatia-charter.hr .

The response to your written complaint will be provided in writing within 15 days as of the receipt of the complaint. When filing a complaint, please provide the following information about the consumer: name, surname, and address or e-mail for response delivery.
